This 5 day program will round out your understanding of how conflict works and how best to manage conflict as it arises. With the enhanced need for compliance with occupational health and safety and human rights legislation, HR professionals need now more than ever to find ways to help their organizations get out in front of conflict. This program will introduce you to a variety of proactive and restorative conflict management options that you can employ in your organizations.

The first three days explore a variety of restorative options that will serve to heal the damage caused by negative conflict – like harassment, bullying, and discrimination. The last two days offer analytical tools and processes designed to help you engage the workplace leadership and participants in an exercise that will help them all to better understand how to manage conflict.

The title of the workshop is “Advanced Workplace Restoration and Workplace Fairness Analyst Certification Training.”  Those who complete the five days are entitled to apply for the designation “Workplace Fairness Analyst” from the Workplace Fairness Institute.
