Do you have challenges with managing conflict, negotiating successfully or influencing with ownership or at the senior leadership table? Join a group of your peers to explore these and other HR complexities facilitated by a coach and conflict expert.
This is a practicing, engaged session with expectations of full participation that will enable participants to share challenges in a confidential and closed group. It will provide an on-going opportunity (3 sessions) to come together with the same individuals (maximum of 8) to continue the discussion and dig deeper into emerging issues for 90 minutes every 2 weeks.
