Workplace Fairness West has provided conflict resolution services for the federal government, provincial government, City of Calgary and other public corporations. We work with small to mid size companies, and have also assisted health and education organizations, not-for-profits and Employee Assistance Providers across Canada with their conflict resolution needs.

In addition to being the Ombuds for the Canadian Energy Regulator and the Workplace Fairness Office for the Calgary Drop-In Center, we support clients of Arete HR with telephonic support for managing and resolving conflict through coaching.
