Geoscience Convention – Conflict Myth Busters

Workplace Conflict is not well understood and often ignored.  Can engaging in conflict be successful?  Michelle presented at Geoconvention 2017 in Calgary on May 15th, 2017 and drew on the format of the popular Discovery Channel science entertainment television series, MythBusters to show how scientific research validates, or disputes the myths and adages of workplace conflict.  No dangerous special effects were attempted, but participants helped with sound effects.  Learn more here.
