The Purpose of the Program:
Inn from the Cold is dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative workplace and wants every employee to feel respected within the organization.
Who Delivers the Program:
Inn from the Cold contracts Workplace Fairness West to deliver this impartial, independent and confidential service to all current employees free of charge.
Working with the Workplace Fairness Institute, Workplace Fairness West is a local consulting firm that specializes in working with employees at organizations like Inn from the Cold that may need support with various workplace-related challenges. Workplace Fairness West provides fair, effective and sustainable solutions for managing and resolving workplace conflicts.
Benefits of the Program:
- Provides employees with fair and sustainable solutions to workplace conflict.
- Supports employees to develop plans and practice for difficult or awkward conversations
- Provides coaching to deal with emotional clients, volunteers or colleagues
- Assists in resolving disagreements, miscommunications and misunderstandings
- Addresses workplace bullying, harassment or other inappropriate behaviours
This is a free, confidential service delivered by an independent third party with staff trained in coaching and conflict resolution. You can reach out anonymously with your concerns.
