Revised AOHS Act
Recent amendments to Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act were introduced in June 2018. Employers are now responsible for identifying, managing, investigating and monitoring workplace bullying in addition to harassment and violence.
Is your company ready to address the serious issues of conflict, bullying and harassment? The Calgary Consortium for Civility, Respect, and Dignity at Work is a group of professionals who provide a wide range of services in this area. Together, we have developed a model of service interventions that will address the requirements of the revised AOHS Act and assist companies in developing a culture of respect. |
Sharing Experiences – One Year Later
It’s been about one year since the revisions to the Alberta OHS Act . What have people struggled with, had successes with, still wonder about? Join us for a discussion where we can share experiences and resources focused on how to address psychological health and safety and bullying/harassment in the workplace. |
