Revised AOHS Act
Recent amendments to Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act were introduced in June 2018. Employers are now responsible for identifying, managing, investigating and monitoring workplace bullying in addition to harassment and violence.

The Calgary Consortium for Civility, Respect, and Dignity at Work is a group of professionals who provide a wide range of services in this area. Together, we have developed a model of service interventions that will address the requirements of the revised AOHS Act and assist companies in developing a culture of respect. |
