Join us on March 20th for an in-person full day deep dive with experienced workplace mediator Michelle Phaneuf to gain some practical skills to support employees to resolve difficult workplace issues.  Issues like supporting a complainant/respondent after an unfounded investigation to repair their relationship or supporting an employee/supervisor to address trust and psychological safety.  This is a valuable workshop-based learning experience with a live mediation demonstration.  Through discussion and group work you will have an opportunity to;

• Gain insight from observing and debriefing a mediation demonstration
