In January, June Read joins us to talk mentoring! How do you transfer knowledge and support employee development? Are you facing challenges? June Read will join us to talk about her experiences setting up a mentoring program for Pacific Western. We will discuss the challenges and success of setting up a mentoring program particularly in an environment where there had not been one before. June will cover the ROI of mentoring programs and present feedback from interns and mentors. She has a surprise giveaway for you!

June, most recently Director of NextGen Program and Special Projects at Pacific Western, has had an eclectic career and credits much of her personal success to those who have mentored her along the way. Her varied background includes publishing (PanBooks), Drake Personnel, working in London and generally dabbling in everything she had an interest in. June ran for public office three times.
