Harassment & Bullying in the Workplace
96% percent of people have experienced incivility in the workplace.* Are you facing challenges?
There is a fine line between Harassment and Bullying – yet Harassment is protected by the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms and in most provinces bullying is not – to date only Quebec, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario have legislation that includes psychological harassment (bullying) as a violation of human rights. Bullying costs corporations billions of dollars. Join us as Wendy and Marilynn discuss how bullies show up in the workplace and what organizations and individuals can do to deal with it.
