Event Details

Leading essential and remote workers to sustain civility, respect and dignity in the workplace.

These are uncertain times creating strong shifts in our workplace, all with lightening speed.  This pandemic is significantly impacting our workplace environments creating high tension for those essential workers on the front line and isolation for those working remotely. What effect is this having on civility, respect and dignity at work?  How can we ensure that we are addressing these issues proactively?

Join Pat Ferris (Pat Ferris Consulting), Marlene Hope (Committed2Change) and Michelle Phaneuf (Workplace Fairness West) with the Calgary Consortium for Civility, Respect & Dignity in the Workplace as we discuss these issues and share strategies for ensuring that they remain top of mind.

Is your company ready to address the serious issues of conflict, bullying and harassment? The Calgary Consortium for Civility, Respect, and Dignity at Work is a group of professionals who provide a wide range of services in this area. Together, we have developed a model of service interventions that will address the requirements of Alberta OH&S Legislation and support companies to develop a culture of civility and respect.
