Are your people demonstrating the ownership necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve key results?
Accountability permeates everything we do: How we make and keep commitments, how we align, how we engage, how we overcome obstacles and how we execute. It is, in essence, the nerve center that runs throughout every part of the organization and through every working relationship to every member of every team, and is either a tax and a drag on performance, or an accelerant to achieving great results!
Join us as Stephan Brandt shares some approaches, tools and models that have been proven to have an impact at different levels within organizations together with some case studies and research of the largest Workplace Accountability Study ever conducted. Stephan will facilitate a discussion about how accountability is viewed, how prevalent the absence of accountability is in organizations and the cost to organizations today.
Stephan Brandt has become the foremost subject matter expert on Organizational Accountability in Western Canada facilitating executive seminars, coaching and delivering keynote speeches and presentations. Stephan provides training & consulting services to Executives, Teams and Enterprises that drive transformational change and improvement in results achieved.
Stephan is the Managing Director for DOOR International Western Canada and is a Certified Executive Facilitator for all three tracks (Self Track, Others Track, and Culture Track) of Accountability Training®.
