Stephan is the Managing Director for DOOR International Western Canada and is a Certified Executive Facilitator for all three tracks (Self Track, Others Track, and Culture Track) of Accountability Training®. Stephan has over 20 years’ experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation involving people, enterprise systems and technology. Stephan has direct experiences in many sectors including Government, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing and Financial sectors and has worked on projects across Western Canada as well as international projects.
