Michelle Phaneuf and Marjorie Munroe are the Alberta Co-Directors of Workplace Fairness West (www.workplacefairnesswest.ca) and have been spreading the concepts of Workplace Fairness in Alberta for the past five years. They are both Chartered Mediators and Organizational Ombuds. Marjorie and Michelle use their skills in conflict resolution, mediation, facilitation, training and conflict coaching to support organizations to manage conflict and develop conflict resolution systems to enhance organizational culture.
